Return / Exchange Policy


Unfortunately we cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.

Extra shipping and handling charges may be applied for heavy or delicate items that require special care. This cost will automatically be applied to your order at checkout.

Most of our items are sent by USPS from New York City unless otherwise specified. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and you can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

Returns and/or exchanges (if applicable)

We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on products that are either defective or arrive damaged.

In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to refund or replace the item. Claims made more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be considered valid.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange, according to our policy, the cost of your return shipping will be included.

To make a return claim, please email with your complete order information and description of the issue. We will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving this information.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
